To change your password, you will need your current password for verification.
To reset the password on your Classmates® account
If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, click here to submit a new password request. An email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to reset your password. Please note that the password link expires after 24 hours.
If you haven't received the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or bulk/promotional email folder.
To change the password on your Classmates account
- For desktop users, click My Classmates® in the top portion of any page. (For mobile users, click
, you may have to expand to make your selection)
- Under the My Account header, click Personal Information
- Enter your current password for verification
- Click Change password
- Enter your new password and confirm it in the New password and Confirm password boxes (case sensitive). Passwords must be between 6-20 characters
- Click Update my password
