If you've purchased a membership, but are unable to use the paid benefits you may have duplicate registrations under the same email address. If you're logged in to your free registration, you'll see prompts to pay—even though you already paid under your other registration.
Unfortunately, we're not able to merge registrations or transfer content (such as photos or private messages) from one registration to another. However, to avoid any confusion and make sure you're only listed once on your Class List, it's best to keep just one registration and remove any others.
