Classmates+ memberships are enrolled in an automatic renewal program when the initial online payment is submitted. Many members prefer this automated billing process, as it prevents any interruption in their benefits.
You may view or update your renewal option at any time—simply follow these steps:
- For desktop users, click My Classmates® in the top portion of any page. (For mobile users, click
, you may have to expand to make your selection)
- Under the My Account header, click Account & Billing
- Enter your current password for verification (If you've forgotten or misplaced it, click here to submit a new password request)
- Click Turn off automatic renewal (or, if you'd like to opt in, click Turn on automatic renewal)
- Click Yes to confirm your decision
- Confirm that your Account & Billing page now reflects your desired renewal option: Manual or Automatic
