If you receive an error message when trying to register as a new user, the email address you provided might already be in use on the website. It's also possible that your email provider or the address was not able to be validated.
We only allow one email address to be linked to a membership so we can make sure any email we send reaches the right person. If you share an email address with someone who's already registered, you'll need to use a different address.
We encourage you to try registering again using an alternate email address. If you think you might have already registered using the same email address, try to log in now and request your password if needed.
