When you create a reunion, everyone invited to the reunion (including you) is sent an email invitation. This email is sent to each invitee's personal email address and includes links to your new reunion page, where invitees can see the reunion details and RSVP.
After you've created a reunion, you have several options to communicate information to your invitees—you can send a reunion reminder, edit the reunion details and send out an update alert, or post a Conversation.
- To send a reunion reminder:
Open your reunion page and click Send a reminder in the blue box below your reunion name. Your invitees will be sent a pre-written email reminding them that your reunion is coming up and encouraging them to RSVP. - To edit your reunion and send out an alert:
Go to the Edit your reunion page, make your edits, and click Save changes. On the next page, click Send Reunion Update Alert to send your invitees a pre-written notice that you've updated the reunion. - To start a Conversation with invitees:
Look for the Join the conversation section at the bottom of your reunion page. Invitees will be able to view and comment on your post, or post new messages. - To contact individual invitees:
Send them a private Classmates Email by visiting their profile and clicking the envelope icon next to their name. To leave a public profile note, click the chat icon next to their name. Note: There's currently no way to send a single Classmates Email to all reunion invitees.
