Until a reunion has occurred, the organizer can edit most details, including the location, date, time, and photo. Once a reunion's date has passed, its details are frozen and cannot be edited.
To edit a reunion you've created, go to your event page and click Edit event directly below the event name. Make any necessary edits and click Save changes at the bottom of the page. On the next page, you'll have the option to Send Reunion Update Alert to your invitees.
Some information on reunions cannot be edited, such as the invited grad years, the organizer, and if it's a in-person or virtual reunion. In these situations, we'd recommend creating a new event with the desired details and cancelling the original event.
