All yearbook reprint sales are final. Because each yearbook reprint is created specifically at the request of the customer when they submit their order, we do not accept yearbook reprint returns or exchanges.
If you receive a yearbook that is damaged or defective, please let us know. We will work with you to research the problem and assist you with obtaining a replacement reprint. Please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your order
- Yearbook order number (found in your receipt and confirmation emails)
- Description of the yearbook defect
We will respond promptly with further information.
