Classmates® Email is a safe and fun way to get in touch with other members. Messages sent via Classmates® Email are private, and your personal email address is not disclosed (unless you choose to include that info in your message).
To send a Classmates® Email, simply visit another member's profile and click the envelope icon at the top right of the page. To visit a member's profile, click the member's name in the Class List and a pop-up box will appear. Select View profile page on the bottom right hand corner.
Alternatively, you can select Send email directly from the pop-up box.
If using the mobile version of the Classmates site, click Say Hi to the right of the member’s profile photo.
If you are viewing a member’s full profile, click the envelope icon at the top right of the page to send a private message. To view the member's full profile, click the member's name in the Class List and a pop-up box will appear. Select View full profile on the top left of the pop-up box.
To check out a Classmates® Email you've sent or received, log in and go to your Inbox, found under your name/photo in the orange bar at the top of any page.
All members can send a Classmates® Email to any other member. For a message to be readable, either the sender or recipient must have a paid membership. Messages sent by paid members will always be viewable by the recipient, even if the recipient is a free member. Similarly, with an upgraded membership you can read and reply to any Classmates® Email you receive!
